Women’s Rejuvenation Retreat

The Women’s Rejuvenation Retreat is a sacred space created for rest, renewal, and restoration for women who regularly pour into others. Through guided mindfulness activities, trauma-informed healing sessions, and intentional times of rest and reflection, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with God’s peace, and experience holistic renewal of body, mind, and spirit. Each participant is paired with a Belizean educator as a mentee for the year, forming a meaningful mentoring relationship with monthly connection and mutual growth. A portion of each participant’s retreat cost directly sponsors their Belizean mentee, ensuring they are also able to attend the retreat—creating a shared experience of restoration, learning, and community across cultures.
